Creative Chaos Creative Retreat 2024-Public

Dates: May 22nd-24th, 2024 Location- The Public Works  52 Alder St.  Portland, ME 04101 

Food: 

You will be provided with lunch along with non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day during  our first day of "Getting To Know You" on May 22nd.  

You will be provided with breakfast and lunch on May 23rd and 24th along with non-alcoholic  beverages throughout the day.  

We will have a group dinner on May 24th that will include one ticket for each person for a beer,  wine or signature cocktail there will also be non-alcoholic beverages. You must purchase any  additional alcoholic beverages.  

Activities:  

Day 1- Icebreaker, getting to know you.  

Day 2- Hands on painting workshop, you will be provided with things to do in your now area as  well as a community piece of furniture that you can walk up to and practice or create  techniques on.  

Day 3- Hands on painting workshop, you will be provided with things to do in your now area as  well as a community piece of furniture that you can walk up to and practice or create  techniques on.  

Will I get a swag bag? 

YES! I will be putting together a memorable swag bag for all attendees. If you would like to add  your own products as a sponsor please contact me. 

Transportation and lodging are not included in the ticket price but we will make sure to provide  you will all information you need to make this an amazing and stress free experience. (More  info to come soon.) 

Pricing- $700 ticket I will offer payment plans as well for 5, 4, and 2 monthly payment options. Tickets sales will start October 2nd, 2023. They will initially be open only to our group  members. If you are a group member and want to invite a friend or two that is perfectly fine. I  would like to open it to 50 people, if we have more from our group we can allow more. If we do  not hit 50 in our group I will open it to the general public.  

December 1st will be the last day to do the 5 month payment plan. Jan 1st will be the last day to do the 4 month payment plan.  Feb 1st will be the last day to do the 2 month payment plan. Ticket Sales will close on April 1st.  

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, you can however transfer them if you are unable to attend but  it is your responsibility to do so.
